Skyline Residency is a 1-2 year program designed to prepare young leaders for the long haul of ministry and to equip emerging church leaders for a lifetime of ministry significance. Leadership Development and investing in young leaders for the long haul of ministry is a MUST for any church. We believe pastoral ministry is a unique calling requiring a unique perspective and experience that can only be learned in the church and from its leaders. As a resident at Skyline Church, we hope to close the gap between your willingness and your readiness for ministry.
